Social Host Suggestions

From time to time, someone in our pack will have a peanut allergy. Peanut allergies can be potentially life threatening, so we greatly appreciate your consideration regarding this matter.

When it's your turn to be the social host, please be mindful of this situation. Please read the labels of all foods brought to the Pack or Den Meetings with your child and try to refrain from sending peanut products if at all possible. Other helpful practices to review with your child are to stress no trading or sharing of food, and hand washing after eating lunch and snacks to ensure that peanut traces are washed away before returning to activities.

Feel free to email the Cubmaster or Committee Chair with any questions or concerns that you may have.

We appreciate your help in keeping Scouts safe for everyone.
