Parent Meeting Notes - March 2008

Attending: John Torvik, Wade Mosset, Deb Krisak Hall, Jim Nagy, Linda Chandler

1. Money is due to the Pack for camps for those who have made Summer camp reservations. Parents should give money to Wade or our new Treasurer, Scott Schlachter at the Pinewood Derby. Full payment of $1,870 had to be made by Pack on March 10th for those who registered for camp.
2. Many scouts still need their reservation paid for as we didn't collect from everyone at the blue/gold banquet. $10 - registration; $12 - Boys Life. Please give money to Scott Schlachter at the Pinewood Derby.
3. Linda Chandler, Awards Coorinator, needs to give receipts to Scott so she can get reimbursed for awards.
4. Linda needs to get database info from Shelly Hulse (note: Torvik e-mailed current roster to Linda from rechartering process).
5. Go here to see what your den's responsibilities are for March pack meeting.
6. E-mails have gone out with details of Pinewood Derby - also, see web site for details on car building, weigh-in and test track run on Friday and Derby time on Saturday, all at Glendale Elementary School in Savage.
7. Deb Krisak Hall is ordering trophies for the derby.
