Parent Meeting - September 8, 2008

  2. Pack Meeting Agenda for September 19th
    Stations
    Games - Jim Stahl
    Volunteer - Jim Collins

    Uniforms and database updates - Linda

    - John to send reminder to wear full uniform
    - Follow Den Duties schedule (John - are you going to send out electronically for those that didn't attend?)
    - no awards given out in September, first ceremony in October

  3. Campout on September 20th/21st - Leaders need to RSVP their den attendees to John by Friday the 12th
    - Pack will provide condiments, plates, charcol, napkins, etc.
    - Each person should bring: their own main course (meat/buns), a dish to share, stuff to play with, smore stuff
    - Friday agenda: Set-up, activities, eat, campfire, sleep
    - Saturday agenda - breakfast on your own, pack and clean-up (police sweep?), no organized activity

  4. John to send out electronic copy of updated Den Duties
  5. Training update - All leaders need to take online Youth Protection Training - Oct 4th training in Prior Lake for other 2 programs (Essentials and Den specific?)
  6. Leadership recruiting - Looking for names for possible Camp Coordinators and future leaders
